With the Reggae Boyz to compete in the FIFA Intercontinental playoffs for a spot in the 2026 FIFA World Cup, interim Reggae Boyz head coach Rudolph Speid has announced his squad for the decisive matches.
Jamaica will face New Caledonia on March 26 in Guadalajara, Mexico, and should they win, will take on DR Congo on March 31 for a spot in the World Cup.
Speid, who was named interim head coach for the duration of the playoffs, announced his squad earlier today at a Jamaica Football Federation (JFF) press conference.
The squad sees the return of Leon Bailey, who was missing from national duty due to injury, as well as the new additions of Andre Brooks, Ephron Mason-Clark and Tyrese Hall.
Reggae Boyz regulars Shamar Nicholson, Kaheim Dixon and Dujuan ‘Whisper’ Richards have been omitted from the squad.
