Jamaica can do it

THE EDITOR, Madam:

I was taken aback in gratitude two years ago when the US rating agency Standard & Poor (S & P) gave Jamaica a BB-, with a stable outlook. This was indeed the highest-ever rating Jamaica has seen in its entire history.

Two years forward, I believe that there is absolutely nothing holding Jamaica back from achieving the prized A rating if we continue to thrive economically.
