The Company's Director Overview

The Gleaner Company is guided by an experienced and effective Board of Directors that is collectively responsible for promoting the success and sustainability of the organization. Our Board provides strategic direction, oversight, and governance to ensure that the company’s operations align with its mission, values, and long-term goals.

The Board meets at least quarterly to review performance, set policy, and make key decisions that shape the company’s future. In addition to the parent company’s Board, there are Boards of Directors appointed for each subsidiary.
