A Clarendon labourer has been charged with multiple firearm-related offences after three men were shot and injured during a gun attack at a business place in neighbouring Manchester in March.

The accused is 42-year-old Miggael Cole, otherwise called “Salla Bagga”, of Decoy Road, Toll Gate.

He is facing three counts of wounding with intent, as well as possession of prohibited weapon, unauthorised possession of ammunition, and using a firearm to commit a felony.

According to the Mandeville police, about 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 5, a group of men was at a business establishment in Victoria Town when a white Toyota Axio motor car drove up.

Three armed men got out and opened gunfire at the group, injuring three men. The victims were assisted to hospital, treated and later released.

Police say that on Monday, September 8, Cole allegedly confronted one of the men injured in the attack and told him that the next time he shot at him, he would die.

The matter was reported, and Cole was taken into custody and later charged.
